Production
SIL.MAC’s organisational and production structure has changed over the years in order to meet the ever-changing needs of Customers and provide real added value. The introduction of the SAP HANA management system became necessary in order to ensure timely, organised and flexible management of the entire production process.
In-house workshop
SIL.MAC.’s machine fleet mainly consists of 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machine tools as well as a few traditional machines and, within a modernly equipped metrology room, a gantry measuring machine to check and certify all parts manufactured in-house or produced by external suppliers.

The approximately 10,000 sqm of space dedicated to assembly and the over 60 specialised technicians dedicated to this activity, allow the assembly and testing of machines/lines produced entirely or partially by SIL.MAC. even of significant dimensions with the possibility to help and support the Customer for the FAT, installation and SAT phases.
