Realizes the transformation of the TDP (technical data package) of the Customer’s product into the MDP (manufacturing data package) for its realization.

Analyzes the technical and structured Part List of the Client product by viewing the commercial catalog parts, individual drawing parts, and assembly parts.

Develops the production BoM (bill of material) by identifying the suppliers of the commercial parts to be purchased, drafting the machining cycles to be carried out for single-draw parts, and defining the assembly sequences to be followed for groups and assemblies up to final product assembly.

Maximum flexibility and production capacity with Customer support for production feasibility of prototypes, first articles, series and serial tests.

Established network of qualified external workshops for even greater flexibility in production capacity on all types of processing for unique or volume specimens.

We have ample space for in-house functional testing of the machines/Lines at every stage of assembly up to the final one before delivery to the Customer whom we can assist should they decide to carry out the FAT (factory acceptance test) with their final customer at our premises.

We have ample dedicated and equipped space for storage of Customer’s finished products to be shipped on demand at his request.
