The Sinermatic Group, through a dedicated procedure, provides the possibility to report, also anonymously, through an online platform (whistleblowing reporting channel), unlawful acts and/or violations related to the workplace or breaches of national and European regulations. The aim is to prevent the occurrence of any form of illegality or unethical conduct.

Personal or commercial communications (e.g. complaints, etc.) must be submitted through the standard communication channels.

The whistleblowing reporting channel of the Sinermatic Group – managed by an external consulting company that provides adequate guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality, data protection and secrecy – allows reports to be submitted either in written form or through voice messaging systems.

Alternatively, the report may be made by requesting a direct meeting with the person responsible for handling reports. The request must be submitted through the whistleblowing channel.

All reports received will be handled in full compliance with the applicable whistleblowing regulations (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023) and personal data protection laws (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003).
