SIL.MAC. srl through a special procedure makes available the possibility of reporting, even anonymously, through an online platform (wistleblowing reporting channel “SIL.MAC.”), offenses and/or violations inherent to the work environment or violations of national and EU regulations. The objective is to counter the occurrence of any illegal or unethical behavior.

Personal or business communications (e.g., complaints, etc.) should be conveyed through normal communication channels.

The wistleblowing reporting channel, which is managed by an external consulting firm offering adequate guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality, data protection and secrecy, allows for reporting either in written form or through voice messaging systems.

Alternatively, reporting can be done by requesting a face-to-face meeting with the reporting manager The request must be made through the wistleblowing channel.

All reports received will be handled in full compliance with the regulations on wistleblowing (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023) and personal data protection (EU Regulation 20126/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003).
